Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: In the same condition that you received it. Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@ekoji.in with your order number and the reason for the return within 2 days of the product being delivered.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will require a photo of the damaged/incorrect product to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
